Your Questions, Answered.

Here are the ones we hear most often from new patients in Kanata, Stittsville, and West Ottawa.

Do I need a referral to book a chiropractor or physiotherapist in Kanata?

No referral needed. You can book directly online or by phone, we’ll get you in as soon as possible, often within the same week. If your situation requires a specific practitioner or service, our team will make sure you’re matched correctly at the time of booking.

Yes. We direct bill most major insurance providers, so you don’t need to pay upfront and submit claims yourself. We also work with HCAI, MVA, and WSIB patients. If you’re unsure whether your plan is covered, call us before your appointment and we’ll confirm.

Your initial appointment is a full assessment. We take your history, assess how you’re moving, identify what’s actually driving your back pain, neck pain, sports injury, or other issue, and begin treatment in the same session. You’ll see and feel a difference before you walk out the door.

Yes, and it’s one of our specialties. We hold Shift R2P certification and offer one of the most comprehensive concussion programmes in West Ottawa, covering cervical, vestibular, vision, and autonomic components. If you or your athlete has taken a hit, don’t wait—early assessment makes a meaningful difference in recovery time.

Absolutely. We regularly see patients from Stittsville, Barrhaven, Arnprior, Carp, Almonte, Carleton Place, and across West Ottawa. Our Kanata clinic is conveniently located at 308 Palladium Drive with morning and evening availability to fit your schedule.
