Concussion affects more than just your head. We assess every system involved and build a plan to get you back safely.
Understanding Concussion
A concussion is a traumatic brain injury that can affect far more than just your head. Headaches, dizziness, neck pain, brain fog, visual disturbances, and sleep disruption are all common, and symptoms rarely trace back to a single system. A proper recovery means assessing and treating the cervical spine, vestibular system, visual pathways, and autonomic nervous system, not just waiting it out. At Pro-Action, our practitioners hold Shift Return to Play (R2P) certification and assess every contributing system from your very first visit.
A Multisystem Approach to Concussion Recovery
Our team identifies which systems are affected and builds your treatment plan accordingly. We address everything from cervical dysfunction and vestibular imbalance to visual disturbances and autonomic dysfunction.
