Functional Range Conditioning
(FRC) in Kanata
Build real joint mobility, controlled movement, and injury resilience from the inside out.
What Is Functional Range Conditioning?
Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) is a science-based mobility training system developed by Dr. Andreo Spina. Unlike passive stretching, FRC trains the nervous system to own and control movement at end-range positions: the ranges of motion that are most vulnerable to injury and most limiting to athletic performance. FRC improves joint capsule health, builds true end-range strength and control, and progressively expands usable mobility. At Pro-Action in Kanata, our FRC-trained practitioners integrate this system into rehabilitation and performance programming for athletes, active adults, and anyone dealing with mobility restrictions that conventional treatment hasn’t fully resolved.
Who Benefits From FRC?
FRC is a powerful tool for rehabilitation, injury prevention, and performance enhancement.
